8 Lasagna Noodles; cooked
1cChopped Onion
2tbOleo
8ozPkg. Cream Cheese
1 1/2cCottage Cheese
1 Egg; beaten
2tsBasil
1/2tsSalt
  Pepper to taste
1/2cMilk
1/3cWhite Wine
1cnCream of Shrimp Soup
1lbCooked Shrimp
7 1/2ozCn Crab; drained; flaked
1/4cGrated Parmesan
1/2cGrated Cheddar Cheese

Saute onion in oleo. Combine onion, cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt, and pepper. In separate bowl, combine milk, wine, soup, shrimp, and crab. Layer noodles, cheese mix, and shrimp mix. Top w/ grated cheeses. Bake in 13x9" pan at 350 for 45 minutes., uncovered. Let stand 15 minutes prior to serving. Imitation Crab Flakes may be used in lieu of canned crab.
